Meet the
So Joe Family

HELLO!

We are a family of genuine and inclusive people. We pull together and are there for the people we support. We maintain a small team because we know we can provide a genuine and personalised service where people are people – not a number. We truly love being part of the So Joe team!

Martha Delaney

Funds Champion

Martha’s Plan Management skillset is second to none. She is not only highly experienced, she also comes with extensive skills in Support Coordination, Case Management and Disability Services Management. We love that Martha has such a thirst for knowledge – staying on the pulse of everything NDIS. She knows all about it before most have heard a whisper!

Martha has a particular interest in supporting people to make the most of their plans, helping them unleash the potential options and stay on target with their spending. Her efficiency and genuine enthusiasm always makes her quality shine. It’s wonderful to see plans coming to life through her support.

“The NDIS can be a tricky thing to navigate. I love helping participants to unravel the jargon and explaining the funding. They learn to understand how they can use their plan to maximise their independence and help them live the life they have wanted.”
