Zoe has worked in the disability sector for over 20 years, in a variety of mainstream and specialist settings. Majority of this time was spent as Executive Director of a leading early childhood intervention service whose innovative & quality practices were highly acknowledged with-in the sector. She has also been a Special Educator, Plan Manager, Key Worker, Primary & Secondary Teacher, Specialist Disability Consultant and Support Coordinator.
Her understanding of the disability sector deepened through her experience caring for her father with a disability. Zoe has a keen interest in facilitating successful inclusion and has lead the production of award-winning inclusion best practice resources.
Zoe has been awarded the winner of the NSW Children’s Week Award for Advocacy and a finalist in the International Ruderman Prize for Inclusion.
