Jan Cronly has been involved in the disability sector since 2011 when her family accessed Early Childhood Intervention services for their eldest daughter. Jan has worked in a variety of positions including CEO, Business Analyst, Plan Manager and Support Worker across the private, public and government sectors, utilising her Business Consultant experience and skills, Diploma in Business and Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Jan has been described “as an instrumental leader, a force for change, strategic thinker, fearless advocate, effective change manager, mentor, friend and confidant to many. Jan has worked tirelessly across the Far North coast to maintain quality disability services and has truly been a gift to our families, children and community at large.”

Jan’s contributions to community were recognised in both 2012 and 2013 when she was awarded semi-finalist in the Rural and Regional Community Awards. In 2013 she received the Wonders of Women Award for Achievement in Youth and Children’s Services, and lead a team of ECEI key workers to receive ECIA NSW/ACT’s ‘Excellence Award for Team Around the Child’.
