NDIS Review Meeting

Towards the end of a NDIS plan, there will be a review meeting scheduled. This is an opportunity to review the NDIS plan and make sure it is still relevant for the participant.

This usually occurs annually and referred to as an ‘Annual Review’. A plan length can vary from 3 months to 2 years. Typically, this occurs at 12 months. If the review is requested due to a change in circumstances and a participant is not satisfied with the plan, this is referred to as an ‘Unscheduled Review’.

Being Prepared

Write reminder notes

It’s okay to take notes to remind me about what I want to share with a planner.

It’s okay to ask for help!

If I have any questions, I can contact the friendly So Joe team to help me get the most out of my review.
